Satan, god of this World - Are You Still his Friend?
The "World" or its system as you know it today belongs to Satan. You can think of the world as a prison and Satan is her warden. When we are born into this world, we are born slaves to sin. As you grow up and participate with the things of the world, all that has been taught to you and all that has been assimilated into you are of the world.
It is a "Babylonian" type of system. Unless you have been born in a Christian family and disciple properly, many of us are still slaves to this "world". Today, born in a Christian family has little merit for many of those families expect the world and their religious churches to raise their children. Many of today's Western Christian families are busy like the world with little time for their families. And we wonder why our children are acting like the children of the world? It is sad when even our churches now have video games in their classes to "baby sit" our children.
Many people use the word "BELIEVE" generically and tell people they will go to heaven if they "just" believe. What if we say it differently and tell people if they do not "BELIEVE" correctly, they will not make it to heaven? Will that make them think? How do you know YOU are believing correctly? Whether you are a baptist, catholic, pentecostal, JW, mormon, hindu, muslim, or "CHRISTIAN" YOU ALL THINK YOU GOT THE TRUTH?
All the Christians within their denominations ALL think they are going to heaven. They pretty much have been told all to "Believe" But sadly most have not been discipled.
Proverbs 21:2 (Amplified Bible) - Every way of a man is right in his own eyes, but the Lord weighs and tries the hearts.
Acts 2:38 And Peter answered them, Repent (change your views and purpose to accept the will of God in your inner selves instead of rejecting it) and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of and release from your sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Generally, people come to the church to have their problems fixed or resolved. But the Lord says, “You must first receive My Grace.” It is a prerequisite for your problems to be resolved. God allows the problems in our life so that we may seek and desire of Him. By going through the trials, without even realizing what is happening, we are being restored to the first love at a new level. The Lord will pour down special grace and blessing.
"Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it." Matthew 7:13-14.
One must choose to follow the commandments of God or the commandments of men. One way is easy, the other way is hard. The boundaries are clearly distinguished. One gate leads to destruction, the other gate lead to eternal life. Revealed truths compel obedience to God’s way.
To enter the "narrow gate," one must leave "self" behind; on the other hand, to enter the "roomy way," there is no limit to the baggage—self-righteousness, pride, hatred, envy, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions, discord, and so on. The "narrow gate" is the very opposite of these works of the flesh.
Many of God's children are still in their bondage and have idols in their heart. The Father grieves and He continues to call His sons and daughters. He keeps calling him/her unto Him. The son or daughter says, "I go to church. I pray and I tithe, why shouldn't I go to heaven?
Yes, you have been saved by the Blood of Christ but it is now time to leave Egypt. You must come out of slavery, across the wilderness, and into the Promise Land. You must finish the journey. There is no other way.
Yes, the Blood was brushed onto the door post and the angel of death had passed. But it is time to go when called! You must go! You can not say NO! To say NO is rebellion! To say NO is denying Him! You must go!
What would you think if people SACRIFICED their children alive into fire? It would be appalling! It is just unthinkable!! Many would get off their fat couches and probably start a war. In fact, in the old days, God's own people participated in such evil. This used to happen
2 Kings 17:16-17 "And they forsook all the commandments of the Lord their God and made for themselves molten images, even two calves, and made an Asherah and worshiped all the [starry] hosts of the heavens and served Baal. 17They caused their sons and their daughters to pass through the fire and used divination and enchantments and sold themselves to do evil in the sight of the Lord, provoking Him to anger."
Ezekiel 20:31 "And when you offer your gifts, when you make your sons pass through the fire, do you not debase and defile yourselves with all your idols to this day? And shall I be inquired of by you, O house of Israel? As I live, says the Lord God, I will not be inquired of by you"
After you accept Jesus Christ and believe onto Him, you will begin your journey. During your journey, you will be tested. You will be tested in many areas of your faith and belief. You will be tested on whether you truly believe. You will be tested to determine who is truly your God. Many are not taught and do not know, how severe the test will be. Many only know scripture as a cliche.
Luke 14:26 (Amplified Bible) If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his [own] father and mother [[a]in the sense of indifference to or relative disregard for them in comparison with his attitude toward God] and [likewise] his wife and children and brothers and sisters--[yes] and even his own life also--he cannot be My disciple.
“Why do you also transgress the commandment of God because of your tradition?" - Matthew 15:3
When we read this verse in Matthew, we can pretty much clearly see how Jesus was addressing the Pharisees. But what if that applied today? What if, what He spoke two thousand years ago was also meant for us today? Have we created any traditions that may be breaking God's commandments? Many do not really think of this because they think when Jesus spoke it was mostly for the Old Testament saints. Many, out of ignorance, and by incorrect teachings by the church think grace will supersede God's own Word.
If you look at the church folks today, especially on Sundays, what can we observe? Have they created traditions for themselves thinking it is all trivial? Do they think they are trivial because it is what they are used too and what their parents did from long ago?
Genesis 6:8 "But Noah found grace (favor) in the eyes of the Lord..."
Grace has been available since the beginning. Grace is not a new thing for the NEw Testament Saints.
Within that generation, God found Noah to be righteous and blameless. Then Grace gave Noah instructions to be saved, him and his whole family.
Are you making every effort to walk rightous and blameless? Are you striving for righteous behavior? Do we have the ability to walk righeously and blameless? Yes, that is what Grace does for us.
Genesis 6:9 (Amplified Bible) This is the history of the generations of Noah. Noah was a just and righteous man, blameless in his [evil] generation; Noah walked [in habitual fellowship] with God.
6 Then the Lord said, “Learn a lesson from this unjust judge. 7 Even he rendered a just decision in the end. So don’t you think God will surely give justice to his chosen people who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off? 8 I tell you, he will grant justice to them quickly! But when the Son of Man returns, how many will he find on the earth who have faith? (Luke 18:6-8).
The demons have been experiencing and dealing with the human race for countless occasions since the beginning. And as a result, they have had the opportunity to observe our thinking, behavior, emotions and our will. They have thoroughly figured out the human race.
The demons already have a knowledge of how to make us angry, to doubt, to argue, to despair, to frustrate and they know how to make us fall into certain temptations. In fact, they can do it so very well.
The demons come to us with deceitful tactics as they attempt to trap and stumble the believers. They often instigate the different ethnicities within countries to negatively simulate them.
The demons also approach us by disguising themselves as unique cultures within countries.
Many Christians are experiencing jealousy toward other brothers and sisters. First, I want you to know the meaning of Jealousy.
From the Webster’s dictionary, it explains into several ways.
An unhappy or angry feeling of wanting to have what someone else has.
